Why Should You Chose Me As Your Next SFC Commander Well Let Me Explain Why:

Shock Enlisted (PVT-CPL)
When I first joined Shock I was fairly new to GMod RP so I was getting used to how it worked. I received a lot of help from my fellow Enlisted and my Commanding Officers. After passing my TRNE Test I was super excited to become an “Official” Shock Trooper and so I could start to help out by arresting mingey people. I was trained on how to guard Brig, how to do proper roleplay and how to do basic Shock duties. I was having a really fun time on the server so I decided to buy Tier 6 within 3
days.
Shock NCO (SGT-CSM)
When I passed my NCO Test the first thing I did was start recruiting people into Shock. I was having so much fun expanding on the people I roleplayed with and I was getting kind of good at it. I was getting as much quota as I could by doing tryouts and a bunch of trainings. I also enjoyed teaching the lower enlisted how to do stuff, I would show them how to roleplay and how to fill out arrest forms/logs.
Shock Junior Officer (SMB-CPT)
I was accepted for SMB on my second time applying for it. Once I became an Officer I was starting to see how much work the NCOs did for the battalion and I took on a new appreciation for all their work, but I also saw how much different being an Officer was then a NCO. I was the one training people on how to be proper Shock. I got out of hand and I was taking all the TRNE & NCO Tests that people needed so I stopped taking them all and let my fellow officer get the quota they needed. I had so much fun officially teaching people how to do all the duties of a Shock Trooper. Once I was promoted to 1stLT I started to aim to get at least 10 quota a week to stay active within the community and get to know other battalions. I quickly befriended a couple people from each Regiment and started to do joint trainings with other battalions. This also helped improve relationships in a whole with Shock and the other battalions. When I reached Captain I was also promoted to RIOT Chief so I spent the majority of my time as Captain and Major focusing on growing RIOT and changing some policies within RIOT
Shock Executive Officer
When I was promoted to XO I was put over RIOT to help the new lead with things he wanted to push out, other than being above RIOT and helping them out I also kept a close eye on the Senior NCOs to make sure they were ready to become an Officer. After a month being an XO I was moved off of overseeing RIOT so I had much more time to spend helping regular Shocktroopers helping them complete their goals they set.

RIOT (Enforcer-Lieutenant)
When I first joined RIOT I was so happy, I always saw them walking around and they looked cool, every time Tryouts were hosted I went to them. After I got SGT within RIOT I hosted a lot of tryouts, it got to the point where my superiors had to tell me to stop. I would always help mentor the new recruits that would join RIOT. I tried to host at least 2 training sessions for RIOT weekly but the timing never worked out where we had enough. Once I was promoted to Lieutenant I pushed out a reevaluation to measure all of their Roleplay, Specialization Roleplay (Med, OS, Tech, IC), PVP and overall self discipline.

RIOT Chief
When I was promoted to RIOT Chief I was ecstatic. The first thing I did was make a third squad  called Coruscant Guard. The initial plan for The Coruscant Guard was to have the elite of the elite in the squad. Later it was disbanded due to lack of idea on who would be able to join it so it was renamed to Crusader squad. I also made changes to the RIOT rules making RIOT more strict.

Riot Was A Sub Group Of Shock Which I lead
What kind of person would you say you are?:

Loyal - The battalions I am in or over are the ones I stay in and work on. Whether its an enlisted, NCO, officer, XO, or CMD+ position, I make sure that I put in as much work as I can to benefit the battalion and the members of it.

Honest - I do not fear sharing my opinion. If I see something I don't like, I call it out. If I see something I like, I praise it. I feel that this way there is no grounds for miscommunication.

Fun - This is a silly trait to add I know, but I believe it applies to me. I enjoy having fun when I am playing on the server, and even in real life like at my job and whatnot being a part of the team of supervisors at my job, it is part of my job to make sure everyone enjoys work if possible.

If I Had To Have A Big FAILURE It Would Be not roleplaying with all battalions. Half of the time the roleplay I did would be with the same battalions. It would normally be NST, SC, ISB, DS and sometimes guardsmen, I never really expanded out and roleplayed with all of the battalions which i do believe to be a big failure as Shock can provide so much roleplay and I never utilised that. I also believe that while my motivation dropped this term I believe that my interaction dropped as well. I would mostly want to sit in a locked channel with a few other friends and not flow through the channels and talk to the Enlisted and NCO’s.

Hi Sentinel while your app is good it isn't in the correct format. On top of that, I cannot say I have had enough interactions with you to give you my support.

Best of luck!
